No Refund or Return Policy

Thank you for choosing to support Tamil Eelam Football Association. We appreciate your business and want to ensure that you have a clear understanding of our refund and return policy.

1. All Sales are Final: All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or accept returns under any circumstances, including but not limited to damaged or defective items.

2. Damaged or Defective Items: We regret that we cannot process refunds or accept returns for damaged or defective items. Please carefully inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order. To assist us in addressing the issue, we may request photos of the damaged or defective item, as well as your order number and contact information.

3. Exceptions: No exceptions will be made to this policy, regardless of the circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, damages incurred during shipping or manufacturing defects.

4. Cancellation Policy: Once an order is placed and processed, it cannot be canceled or modified. Please ensure that your order details are accurate before completing your purchase.

5. Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will not refund the shipping fees associated with the original purchase.
